I'm Clair. A Soul healer, Clairvoyant Medium, Soul reader, and fully qualified Reiki Master-Teacher. I have taken Reiki Levels I,2,3,4 and so I am in the position to offer Reiki courses for those wishing to explore their own path. I work at many holistic events up and down the country, including the Healing weekend in Somerset, the Lighthouse in Poole, and most local events. You'll also find me offering healing at Poole Spiritualist church where I develop my Mediumship.

My journey started around 15 years ago and I've never looked back. I actively continue to develop my connection and I truly believe that I learn as much as I can because I am meant to share my knowledge and help people on their own paths. If you're looking for spiritual guidance, I can help with that too. Sometimes we don't really know what we're looking for, but life just feels different and so you start searching for something deeper.

What brought you here? It's usually when you've hit a low point, where things just don't feel right within yourself and your environment anymore and you can't quite find the real you. Life as you always knew it isn't bringing the same contentment. Someone could mention healing to you- which perhaps you've never even considered before. This is because you are waking up on your own journey of inner work and self-discovery and this is the start of it. It can feel like everything is crumbling around you, but trust me when I say, 'you're right on track'. Healing is a great way to start afresh and bring yourself back to balance.

People don't initially realise that we store everything energetically that's ever happened to us, be that good or bad, and that if they've buried something to forget about it, it actually sits there and starts to cause some physical issues that we then accept as an illness or ailment that it is here to stay, and something we just have to deal with. How many of you have daily headaches, anxiety, digestive issues or something that's become much stronger such as an autoimmune disease? You don't have to accept that this is just how you are now and that it will always be a part of you. This is where your healing journey starts. We aren't supposed to be unwell or stuck taking medication for life, that's not actually resolving the issue, it's just covering it up. We come to rely on these things as we don't see a way out.

Everything that happens in the mind- shows itself in the body, and together we can work on finding the root cause, and releasing it. This can be anything from childhood trauma, relationship issues, people pleasing, narcissistic reflections or general low self-esteem and confidence. You can do something about it and you can change your life, if you are truly open to trying.

I am also very excited to now be offering Soul Readings. I naturally work on the emotional energy of people. This is done through what's known as automatic writing- where I am connecting to your higher self/Soul; the real 'you'. You don't need to see me in person for a Soul reading as I connect to your energy and type it up by email, and so it's perfect for those with a hectic work-life schedule. A picture is all I require as I connect to your Soul's energy through your eyes. Often people think they need to see a Medium when they feel lost, and forget that their Soul holds all the information needed to move forwards on their journey.

People often ask how many sessions are needed. I'll never offer a 'sales package' as your body will do exactly what is needed in that moment, and I leave it up to you when you wish to return. You'll naturally know when it's time to remove some more layers. 

Healing is a journey, at a steady pace. You'll gradually release the inner layers to the surface, bit by bit. My work is never about money or sales tactics, as my purpose here in this lifetime is to heal, and help others on their awakening journey. Life can feel like a very lonely place, and so I am here to share the journey with you and help in any way I can. 

If you take your certified Reiki course with me, I am with you for as long as you need me to offer support and guidance. Students are added to a group to share their journeys together, and I hold monthly Reiki shares for my to get hands-on practise under guidance. 

I also offer 1-1 open sessions where you don't need to decide what you're coming for, be that healing, talking therapy or development advice.

I was originally bought a Reiki appointment to see Clair by a dear friend of mine, who'd seen I was really struggling with very hard emotional trauma. On meeting Clair I was immediately reassured this was going to be a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing time for me.

Clair has a beautiful, kind & welcoming presence, that immediately put me at ease. The soft relaxing music and sensual smells of her room are perfectly balanced. An extremely comfortable bed and blanket, like a big cosy hug is the only place I needed to be. Clair asked me to relax and close my eyes....She then started my healing.✨ It was a wonderful experience of all sorts of senses coming and going. But it came with an unexpected peace, comfort calmness that surrounded me - something I had never encountered from previous Reiki elsewhere.
